TaktClock is a Windows-based digital takt time monitoring system. Every operator gets a live countdown. Every supervisor gets a live floor map. Every plant manager gets live KPIs — all from your existing Windows network.

Every delay on the production floor was visible before it became a problem. You just had no system to see it. TaktClock is that system.
The Operations Table shows every active Manufacturing Order across your entire facility in one live view. Employee number, MO, part, area, process, subprocess, elapsed time, remaining time, and status — all color-coded, all live.
Green means on pace. Red means over takt. You see it the moment it happens — not at end of shift.

The timer counts up from zero against the standard hours for the operator's specific subprocess. The progress bar fills as time passes. It turns red the instant standard time is exceeded. The remaining counter goes negative in HH:MM:SS so overrun is impossible to miss.
An airplane pacing indicator tracks position across the screen — readable from 10 feet without reading numbers. Two modes: Per Subprocess (default) or Per Part Number.
The floor map shows every production area colored green (on pace) or red (over takt), updated every 30 seconds. Supervisors know the status of every area from their desk — no walking required.
Above the map: three live KPIs that update every 30 seconds. Hours Produced vs. planned. Hour Adherence %. Schedule Adherence %. The numbers your plant manager asks for, available all shift.
TaktClock captures actual elapsed time from every session. The Yamazumi Chart is built from that data — not from a time study conducted six months ago. The takt line is drawn from the real average expected time across live sessions.
CI engineers see today's cycle time distribution every shift. The Bottleneck tab shows which subprocess is causing the most delay — automatically, without a time study.
One Windows machine runs the server. Every other PC on the network runs the client. No cloud. No IT project. Most sites go live in under one business day.
Copy TaktClock_Server.exe to an always-on Windows PC. Launch it, open Settings → Licence, paste your key, click Activate. Server is ready.
Copy TaktClock.exe to each operator PC or run from the network share. On first launch enter the server IP. Never asked again. No per-seat keys.
Open Key User → Data Entry to add areas, processes, subprocesses, standard hours, and employees. Save to Excel. Your floor is live.
Our learning center covers the full stack of lean-sigma methodology — from 5S basics and takt time fundamentals to advanced Yamazumi analysis, SMED, OEE, and Six Sigma tools. Written for plant managers and CI engineers who need straight answers, not textbook definitions.
No per-seat fees. A single site licence covers every operator, every screen, and every production area in your facility.
We'll configure TaktClock with your areas, your processes, your standard hours. Ask anything. Straight answers. Most teams go live the same day they see the demo.
