How long does it take to get started?
Most customers are up and running within a few hours of purchase. You receive your licence key by email immediately after checkout, then download the installer and deploy it on your Windows network.
Do I need to buy new hardware?
No. TaktClock runs on your existing Windows workstations and displays. Any machine running Windows 10 or 11 can act as an operator station or supervisor display.
Is there a free trial?
We don't offer a self-serve trial, but we do offer free live demos where you can see TaktClock configured for your specific floor. Book one using the form on this page.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Your licence key becomes inactive at the end of the billing period. Your data stays in place — if you re-subscribe, everything picks up where it left off.
Does my data leave my facility?
No. TaktClock is fully on-premises. Your production data never leaves your Windows network. The only external communication is the licence validation check.
Can I get a volume or enterprise discount?
