Common questions before the demo

Do I need to install anything before the call?

No. We run the demo from our environment — you join via screen share. If you want to try it after, installation typically takes under an hour.

Is this compatible with our ERP?

TaktClock connects to Infor M3, SAP ECC/S4HANA, Oracle EBS, Epicor, and Dynamics 365. If you're using something else, let us know in the form above and we'll review compatibility before the call.

How long does implementation take?

Most facilities are running live sessions within one business day of installation. Configuring areas, processes, and ERP connectivity typically takes 2–4 hours depending on complexity. We support the installation directly.

Does data leave our facility?

No. TaktClock is entirely on-premises. All session data lives in a SQLite database on your local server machine. The only optional internet connection is for ERP sync and GitHub auto-updates — both can be disabled for fully air-gapped environments.
