The Product

A Live View of Your Production Floor.
Without the Six-Month MES Project.

TaktClock is a Windows desktop application that gives every operator, line manager, and plant manager a real-time view of takt pacing, schedule adherence, and floor performance — running on your existing network, deployed in under a day.

How It Works

One server. One app.
Every screen on your floor.

TaktClock runs a lightweight Flask server on any Windows machine on your network. Operators log in with their employee number from any workstation. The moment they start a Manufacturing Order, a live takt timer begins — counting elapsed time against the expected standard hours for that specific subprocess.

The Live Dashboard — accessible from the Admin area — pulls data every 30 seconds. Plant managers see every active session: who's on pace, who's over takt, which MOs are at risk of missing their due date.

No MES. No cloud subscription. No new hardware. Runs entirely on your existing Windows network with a SQLite database your CI team can query directly.

Windows 10/11 SQLite on-premises TCP 5000 No cloud dependency
Takt Timer — Per Operator
Each operator gets a live elapsed time display counting up from zero. The progress bar turns red when they exceed standard time. The remaining counter goes negative so overrun is impossible to miss.
Live Operations Table
A 9-column live table showing every active MO: employee, MO number, part, area, process, subprocess, elapsed time, remaining time, and status. Updates every 30 seconds.
Floor Map & KPIs
A configurable map of your production areas coloured green or red every 30 seconds. Three live KPIs: Hours Produced, Hour Adherence %, Schedule Adherence %.
Yamazumi Chart — Live
A stacked bar chart of actual elapsed time by operator and subprocess, with a real average takt line drawn from live session data. Updated every shift. Professional+ feature.
