Continuous Improvement Engineer

Line Supervisor

You're responsible for what happens on the floor each shift. The problem is that by the time you know someone is running behind, it's too late to help them. TaktClock closes that gap to 30 seconds.

The Operations Table shows every active session on your line — who's running, what MO they're on, which subprocess, and whether they're green or red. When a job goes over takt, an alert fires.
